i live in Australia and i am going to purchase a dvd from amazon but i'm not sore it will work in my dvd player.

So if your DVD player is region 4, any DVD disc with region code 4 should work.

Hey all i want to buy King of queens dvd box set from america and it is reigion 1 encoding and i want to find out what region my dvd player is and if it is different how do you change it to play region 1 encoding dvd's

Your dvd player is whatever region you brought it in eg. im in australia so any dvd player i buy in oz is region 4.

you can change some dvd players to make them region free
