How much customs duty do I need to pay at India-Chennai Airport on a 11 month used LCD TV for worth around 23000 IRS (Bill available) as i cancelled my work visa and settledown back in India next week from UAE. Additional to that i have one used DVD local player worth around 1000 IRS and personal use mobile,Laptop.Please advice me...

Are there any laptops available in India, with a swivel screen, without a touch screen?

That is, the screen should be able to turn 180 and then fold down to become like a tablet, but without the touch. Because you can just as well attach a USB mouse and read books or watch movies or navigate.

That sounds useless! That would be a waist of money! Why not just get portable DVD player if that's all want to do!
