ok, i used totalvideo2dvd author to convert a video i recorded to a dvd iso file and burned it with imgburn.
when i tested the dvd in my home dvd player (cheap best buy one) it plays fine with video and audio working perfectly. but when i tried to give a presentation at work on the companies new magnavox dvd player i got clear picture but no audio.
why is this and how can i fix it?
I've reburned, i've reconverted and burned both discs had the same issue

I really like T*V*2DVD's interface and would like to stick with it, this issue doesn't happen very often but it's a hajor embarrassment when it does
using philips DVD+r burning at x8 speed
problem seems random, some discs burn with audio some don't but the ones that don't always don't and the ones that do always do i.e. presentation 1, 2 & 4 burn/reburn with audio intact but presentation 3 always reburns/reconverts and burns with no sound

i checked the video files it has audio
checked the work dvd player audio inputs, settings and tested with multiple dvd+r
is it because i used ac3 instead of mp2?

Answer
You should use a different DVD-R. Cheap DVD-Rs have lower compatibility with players, but good DVD-Rs will work on a higher range of players. Choose a professional grade DVD-R, and that will most likely fix your issue. Go to http://www.wtsmedia.com/c-6-blank-dvd-rs.aspx and choose a Falcon Media DVD-R.

I assume you have checked the obvious items like the audio inputs on the company's DVD player.
