The question pretty much describes it... I have a music CD with lots of great music on it. The problem is, a small portion of the "silver stuff" is ripped off. However, the CD Plays perfectly in the DVD player. But my PC doesn't recognize it at all, so I can't rip the songs off of the disc. Any ideas on how I can get the songs off of the CD?

Answer
Find a computer with a DVD player. Test other CDs on your computer to make sure it's not your player? Also, did you burn it/have someone burn it, or did you buy it. If you bought a CD you should go to piratebay.com and download a backup of it from there.

How to put dvd player without the PC displays need to buy and Installing?
