How do I get my things back?

Recently, I did a clean install of Windows 7 on my HP dv5-1120us laptop and everything worked out fine. The question is how do I get my software back such as drivers, DVD player, Webcam, etc? Is there a site somewhere that has all of these things or do I have it somewhere else on a different partition?

Go to Hp support or downloads and get ur drivers and stuff, its easy

How can I restore my laptop's factory settings after format?

I have a Toshiba Portege M900. I recently re-formatted it with Windows 7. What I want to know is if I can still restore the features that primarily came with this laptop model, such as web camera, Toshiba DVD player, face recognition, and a lot more. I did not create backups before formatting and the store I bought my laptop from did not give me CDs either. Is there any way I can download these features online? Thanks!

Sorry but the factory setting or lets say the drivers cannot be restored after a boot.
You need to install all the softwares provided by the company.
And you can of course download the softwares.

Well I want to buy a dvd player that plays divx burned disks but I want to make sure I get a good dvd player. I dont have a big price range, my limit is like 50 bucks.

you want a good dvd player and you only have $50.00......if you want to make sure you get a good dvd player I would suggest save at least $150.00 more, nowadays you can get a great dvd player for around $200.00

What is a good home surround sound system for pretty cheap?

I understand that home theaters are not cheap, but I am not looking for the whole package. I just want to have some speakers for surround sound for my 13x13 room because my TV sound really is not great. Is there anything out there for under $50 that will do the job?

Once again, I am not looking for a DVD player or anything fancy, just some speakers that can be set up for surround sound.

hmm..you gotta spend a bit more than 50 from my experience to get a good home surround sound system. save up and wait till you get something better would be my advice.
