Can you add wifi to portable dvd players?

Allie

Looking to buy a portable dvd player, im wondering if I could buy something which would have the software to use google or apps?

Answer
Not to the player itself. The most you can do is get one of those Android TV or other media boxes, and connect that to the A/V in on the player. You need to arrange power and an input device.

The least is to just get a tablet, using it for anything that is not playing CDs or DVDs.

Is there a WiFi Blu-Ray DVD Player with a AM/FM Tuner?

Looking for an all in one. Can't see to find it. I either find blu-ray with tuner but without WiFi, Or a WiFi blu-ray player but no Tuner. Any Luck finding one with all the above.

Answer
The best two devices i can think of are the Sony Blue-Ray player and Logitech Revue with Google tv, it turns your tv into a smart tv with access to the android market(including radio apps), the web, Netflix and other movie streaming websites + you can stream videos/photos/songs from other devices to tv wirelessly. it pretty much turns your tv into an android device.

Heres a Look into Google tv:
